This is a smaller and more personal version of the summer dance camp - welcome to Winter Wonderland!
CAMP SETTINGWhen the winter is at its peak, snow is sparkling and the northern lights might give us a stunning show - we will help you develop as a dancer and dance-partner. During this workshop we will inspire and encourage you to find your own personal expression. We will focus on the partnership, the music, the rhythms and your personal style & expression. We want you to dance from your heart without feeling too self-critical!

The Whole ShebangLindy Hop, Solo Jazz & Yoga
Level: Intermediate up to Advanced This is a full weekend package and fits anyone that qualifies for the higher level "Let Loose". The Whole Shebang includes all Lindy Hop and Solo jazz classes. - 8h of classes (all classes - see Schedule) - 1.300 SEK/person - 2h of optional Yoga (+200 SEK) |
Get in the GrooveLindy Hop, Solo Jazz & Yoga
Level: Intermediate up to Advanced These classes are designed to fit both lower levels AND higher levels - all the way up to advanced dancers. The goal with these classes is to make your dancing more simple and "airy" and move the focus from tricky steps or tricky leading/following over to different ways to "groove" and how to dance with your whole body and soul! - 5h of classes (see Schedule) - 950 SEK/person - 2h of optional Yoga (+200 SEK) |
Let LooseLindy Hop, Solo Jazz & Yoga
Level: IntermediateAdvanced up to Advanced You will practice both your rhythmical language and personal expression as an individual dancer. In these classes we expect you to have at least a few years of Lindy Hop experience. You dance with rhythmical footwork variations and you manage both lower tempos as well as pretty up tempo songs. - 5h of classes (see Schedule) - 950 SEK/person - 2h of optional Yoga (+200 SEK) |
Jazz & YogaSolo Jazz & Yin-Yoga (open level)
Level: no previous experience needed in Solo Jazz or Yoga In the Solo Jazz classes you will work with the groove, the move and to find your own unique way of dancing. To let loose and feel free. In the Yoga classes you will put the focus inwards. To find balance and inner peace. It will be calm, restoring and you will get the chance to recharge your batteries as well as relaxing and stretching your muscles and fascia. Classes are taught by Sofia Larsson, an experienced and very appreciated Yoga teacher in Luleå. No previous experience needed of neither Solo Jazz dancing nor Yoga. - 2h of Solo Jazz classes & 2h of Yoga classes (see Schedule) - 650 SEK/person |

Venue for classes
Hälsans Hus at Repslagargatan 2, Luleå, Sweden. Social Dance @ Ebeneser A Saturday social dance is held at Ebeneser, Luleå's "Savoy Ballroom", organized by Northern Swing Dance. Entrance fee can be paid at the door by credit card or Swish. Travel by airplane - 1 hour from Stockholm Arlanda airport Find cheap flights from Stockholm to Luleå with both Norwegian and SAS. To get from Luleå Airport to the city center there are always public buses departing in connection to every flight and also plenty of taxis. The trip from the airport to the city center takes about 10 min. |
