enjoy the movement - weekly solo dance classes
For one hour you will work your whole body: hips, shoulders, knees, legs, arms, head, hands, feet.... everything! We will dance to a mix of Jazz, Latin, African and Blues music.
Purpose: To move your body to different kinds of music, to have a fun workout and to learn new steps and ways of moving your body.
Benefits: You will become better at including your different body parts when dancing, you will get a good and fun workout for you whole body and most likely - get happier!
