Kick off the weekend – or wrap up your week – with a feel-good Friday Pep session.
An energizing mix of pulse-raising dance to upbeat music (jazz, rhythm & blues, funk, and other feel-good tunes) combined with more classic training such as strength, stability, balance, and mobility – using your own body as the main tool. It’s relaxed, fun, and easy to join in. The goal? That you’ll already be looking forward to the next Friday Pep as soon as the class is over. Sign up to all Fridays below, or just Drop In for single Fridays! |

This is our most popular dance class and it is built to accommodate both total beginners up to dancers with many years of experience - basically from beginners to professionals.
Old-school Solo Jazz emerged from the African American dance tradition in the 1920's-1940's Harlem (New York) and we will mostly dance to big band swing music. You will dance solo but yet at the same time together in a group with many other dancers. We will challenge everyone at their individual level. |

This class will put extra focus on style, to make your dancing not only feel good, but also look smooth and fabulous. The class is designed for you who have danced Lindy Hop for a while, from about half a year up to a few years. We will challenge everyone at their individual level and work with steps and combinations that are both new and familiar.
